    No. Cash on delivery is accepted across Malta and Gozo, so you can pay the courier when your order arrives. Card payment is also available if you prefer.

    Yes. The formula is suitable for tile, hardwood, vinyl, PVC, laminate and composite. It cleans without stripping the finish, so your floors keep their look. For sealed hardwood, wring the mop well so the floor stays damp rather than wet, same as with any cleaner.

    One tablet per standard mop bucket, around 5 litres. If your bucket is smaller, the mix will simply be a bit stronger. There's no harm in that.

    Give it a minute or two. Warm water speeds it up. Wait until it's fully dissolved before you start mopping so it spreads evenly.

    No. Mop and let it dry. It doesn't leave a sticky film or residue behind.

    Not if the tablet is fully dissolved and you wring the mop properly. Streaks usually come from too much product or too much water, and the pre-measured dose removes the first problem.

    Yes. It's a low-irritant formula designed for family homes. As with any cleaning product, let the floor dry fully before kids and pets walk on it, and store the box out of reach.

    It works with any standard mop and bucket. For spray mops, dissolve a tablet in water first and fill the reservoir with the mixed solution. It isn't intended for steam mops.

    It's made for floors. Some customers use the solution on skirting boards and tiled walls too, but it's formulated for floor surfaces.

    Keep the box closed in a dry place. The tablets react with moisture, so don't store them in a damp cupboard or under the sink beside a leak.
